Marian Home staff care for our aging Ursuline Sisters and lay residents.The money raised during the annual appeal is used to buy medical equipment and provide for the daily needs of the residents. The funds ensure all our residents continue to receive quality care in the spirit of good stewardship.

In 1964, four Ursuline Sisters traveled to Peru to begin ministering to those in need in that country. The four women soon started a school and began pastoral work with the peasant farmers. Today, nearly 45 years later, the Sisters are moving to a new province in Peru to expand their ministries and give aide to others in need.

It’s the corporate ministry of the Ursuline Sisters. This ministry, cutting across socio-economic, racial and national boundaries, assists women, men and children to live more fully and to develop a personal relationship with God.

The Angela Merici Center has grown out of the charism of the Ursuline Sisters of Louisville, Ky. - "A contemplative love of God with a resulting openness and eagerness to serve the needs of others." Its mission is to help women and men discover God in every day life and in the world.
